INITIAL CONSULTATION (FREE) A 45 minute chat for you to ask any questions and see if I am the right doula for you. BIRTH SPACE CREATION When in early labour, creating the desired birth space. Using the 5 senses to make your space feel safe and allowing you to gently follow your bodies intuition. COMFORT TECHNIQUES Using massage, rebozo, different positions to ease you through a gentle labour. MINDFULNESS Assistance in meditation, deep listening and care that support mental and emotional wellbeing during labour. CONTINUOUS CARE A continuous presence of care focused on you and your needs. Quietly allowing you to follow your birthing instincts. GENTLE REASSURANCE I support all types of birth and all choices the mother makes. Encouraging women to take control of their birth and trusting their inner guidance. ON CALL Starting at your 38th gestational week. From the moment you call me in to labour and up to two hours past delivery, I will be with you providing emotional, physical, and informational support​. Evidence based and non-judgmental continuous support. Help with navigating unexpected circumstances should they arise. Partner support and guidance to ensure you have the best possible experience and outcome. POSTPARTUM CARE Up to two (2) hours of immediate postpartum support for hospital births and possibly longer for home births and one (1) in-person 2 hour postpartum wellness check-in up within the first 2 weeks with options to add on more visits. 10% OFF ADDITIONAL POSTPARTUM SESSIONS IN ADDITION: VIRTUAL DOULA SUPPORT Audio, video and text communication to support at a distance and help with troubleshooting up to 4 weeks postpartum.
