Postpartum support in the 4th trimester. Mindful and loving care in the first stages of being home with your baby. Visit may also include chest/breastfeeding support or lactation referrals, as well as infant soothing techniques, Q&A, and the much needed companionship of being a new parent. This package includes 24 hours of hands on doula support (usually 3 hour sessions) plus the following offerings. FREE CONSULTATION A 45 minute chat for you to ask any questions and see if I am the right doula for you. POSTNATAL RECOVERY Learn health supportive modalities to boost the healing process physically and emotionally and promote reintegration after birth. Including hot meals, hot showers and herbal baths and time to sleep while your new baby is cared for by qualified, loving hands. NEW MOTHER SUPPORT Hands-on, one-on-one postpartum care to support the transition to new motherhood and increase maternal satisfaction. Facilitating snuggle time, photos and baby bonding or some much needed time to spend with your spouse (date night!) or other children while your baby is cared for. BREASTFEEDING & POSTNATAL RECOVERY Lactation education and support to enhance breastfeeding success and satisfaction if this is how you choose to feed your baby. Learn health supportive modalities to boost healing and reintegration after birth. MINDFULNESS Uniquely catered tools for the new mother to help relax, recharge and reset during the new motherhood period. Goal setting, recovery support, emotional support, goal review/revising and finding your village of support. NUTRITION & LIFESTYLE SUPPORT An integration of the best foods to optimise breastfeeding and boost energy postpartum and a dive into self-care and circle of support for new mothers. NEW BABY SUPPORT Education and support in all aspects of caring for your new baby. From bathing and dressing to baby wearing. Covering any areas you feel you need additional guidance. SLEEP SUPPORT Education and support covering different aspects of baby's sleep patterns, positions and any challenges. VIRTUAL DOULA SUPPORT Audio, video and text communication to support clients at a distance and help with troubleshooting, working through certain challenges or preparing for various milestones.
