Support for families through pregnancy and birth. Helping to bring your baby confidently, autonomously, and with joy into this world. INITIAL CONSULTATION (FREE) A 45 minute chat for you to ask any questions and see if I am the right doula for you. 4 PRENATAL SESSIONS (IN PERSON) Helping you prepare for your upcoming birth. We can discuss birth choices & birth preferences tailored to your needs & specifications. Discuss any concerns around labour and birth and design your birth map. During these sessions we will be exploring the 5 key areas of birth preparation and more. ANATOMY OF LABOUR & BIRTH An exploration of the sacred anatomy and how birth works. COMFORT MEASURES & ESSENTIAL OILS A hands-on session exploring techniques and tools to enhance comfort in late pregnancy and to integrate during labour. Exploring the benefits of aromatherapy to enhance the experience of birth. MINDFULNESS Learning to integrate tools of meditation, deep listening and self-care that support mental and emotional wellbeing during pregnancy and preparation for labour. NUTRITION & LIFESTYLE SUPPORT An examination and tune up of your dietary and lifestyle practices to help better align you with your goals during pregnancy to assist with optimal wellbeing. PARENTING PREP & NEWBORN CARE Getting confident in how to take care of baby. Get all of your questions answered in preparation for parenthood. PARTNER COACHING Working with your birth partner to ensure they understand birth, what will happen and how they can best support you. Building confidence and awareness. ON CALL Starting at your 38th gestational week with virtual support during early labour and in-person labour support from the time you feel you need it through the birth of your baby. POSTPARTUM CARE Up to two (2) hours of immediate postpartum support for hospital births and possibly longer for home births and one (1) in-person 2 hour postpartum wellness check-in and debrief. A following ten (10) hours of care and support with any aspects of the transition to motherhood. 10% OFF ADDITIONAL POSTPARTUM SESSIONS IN ADDITION: VIRTUAL DOULA SUPPORT Audio, video and text communication to support at a distance and help with troubleshooting pre-labour, preparing for birth and up to 6 weeks postpartum. TENS MACHINE HIRE Free hire of the TENS machine in early labour at home. ACCESS TO THE DOULA LIBRARY Free hire of my vast range of pregnancy, birth and parenting books and resources. Price from £1150
